The Community Green Energy Advisory Group are delighted to announce the successful groups / projects from the 2023 Community Benefit Fund.

Bettws Newydd Village Hall

£9,000 Decorate outside of hall and new stage curtains.

Clytha Group Riding for the Disabled    

£8,700 Adapt original hut into a sheltered classroom.

Cross Ash Primary School      

£4,000 Cookery and gardening equipment.

Cross Ash Village Hall 

£15,000 Insulate the hall and improve energy efficiency. 

Llanarth Village Hall   

£5,500 New flooring and remote controlled heating thermostats .

Llanfihangel ystern-Llewern Church 

£15,000 Make safe the path, from the road to the church.

Llanvapley Congregational Church

£6,000 Repair roadside wall and railings

Llanvetherine Church

£3,935 Public address system.

 Penrhos Church 

£15,000 New kitchen and toilet.

Selby Sound Hand Bell Ringers   

£2,100 Help with winter hire costs of Llanvapley pavilion.



Skenfrith Village Hall

£1,950 Develop the Hall Courtyard and outdoor facilities.
