New GRANT APPLICATIONS FROM THE 2022 COMMUNITY BENEFIT FUND

The Community Green Energy Advisory Group are delighted to announce the successful groups / projects from the 2022 Community Benefit Fund. This round of grants is funded by Community Green Energy Monmouthshire CIC and / or Community Green Energy England & Wales CIC

Bettws Newydd Church

£11,000 - Composting toilet and timber building.

Bettws Newydd Village Hall       

£11,000 - Replace 2 doors & frames. Sand & paint interior wooden walls.

Cross Ash School           

£11,000 - Sports equipment & shed. PA system & interactive whiteboards.

Llanarth Sports Association       

£10,000 - Replace current lights with LED's & install solar panels.             

Llanarth Village Hall     

£11,000 - Update kitchen and ladies toilet.

Llanvapley Congregational Church Graveyard   

£3,000 - Maintain graveyard and repair roadside fence.

Llanvapley Cricket Club

£3,000 - New scoreboard & cricket shirts.

Monmouthshire Pony Club       

£10,000 - New set of show jumps.           

St Mabli's Church PCC   

£4,000 - Making the steps on the northern side of the churchyard safer.
